Our Story

United Corporation ThB was founded in Pattaya with a simple observation: foreign investors wanted to buy Thai real estate, but too often struggled to find advisors who put their interests first. We started as a small team helping a handful of international clients navigate their first Thai property purchase — verifying foreign quota availability, coordinating legal transfers, and making sure nothing was lost in translation, literally or figuratively.
